1. The commission fee charged will be 20% of each consignor's monthly sales.
2. The consignor hereby agrees to the percentage of the selling price as commission fee. The consignor lists their own price and has considered the 20% fee into their prices.
3. All items submitted must be new and handcrafted by the consignor. Consignor will not consign items containing copyrighted or patented material of other individuals. 'Karin's Country Handarbeiten' and its management will not assume any liability for any copyright or patent infringement by the consigner. No commercial items will be accepted.
4. Due to limited space, number of to be consigned items, will be subject to the discretion of the management. The shop management reserves the right to refuse any item submitted for consignment. No obscene material will be accepted.
5. All items will be tagged with shop tags. Consignors will not include telephone numbers on consigned items.
6. All crafts intended to hang will have appropriate hangers and be clean and free of rust. Consignor will not consign more then 20 items per week.
7. Special orders are available for the consignor to participate in and must go through the shop. The customer will prepay all special orders. Crafters will receive payment for the special order in their next check.
8. Consignor payments for all sales and transactions of the previous month will be made by check and will be ready for pickup on the 10th of each month, or the following shop business day. Monthly sales balances totaling less then 5.00 Euro, will be carried forward to the following month. The consignor must cash all checks within 90 days of the issue date or the check becomes void.
9. Consignors wishing to have their check mailed must inform management. 'Karin's Country Handarbeiten' and management will not be responsible for any check that is lost in the mail.
10. All items are consigned for a period of 90 days. Items removed prior to the expiration date and not seasonal will be charged 5% of the selling price. This is designed to eliminate early withdraw of items. A withdraw penalty will not be imposed 7 days prior to and 7 days after the expiration date. The consignor is hereby notified, that all property consigned is at the owners risk. Shop personnel will exercise all due care, however, 'Karin's Country Handarbeiten' and its management will not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damage to consigned property.
11. 'Karin's Country Handarbeiten' and its management will not release personal data to third parties.
12. Payments of taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the individual consignor.
13. I agree to abide by the policies as stated. My signature appearing below, certifies that I have carefully read und understand the terms of this 'Karin's Country Handarbeiten' - Contract as stated herein. I have received a copy of the policies and procedures.
